The 2025/26 Budget Speech delivered by the Prime Minister (also Minister of Finance) in June 2025 was met with various opinions – some good and some not so good! The Honorable Dr. Navinchandra Ramgoolam, enacted The Finance Act 2025 on 9th August 2025, officially implementing most of what was envisaged in his Budget Speech.
